Finger Lakes Community Development Corporation is the parent-corporation for all not-for-profit corporations affiliated with the Geneva Housing Authority, and will act as the "Management Arm" of the Authority. Finger Lakes Community Development Corporation also is the general partner to Lyceum Senior Housing L.D.

Lake Area Development Corporation was the first not-for-profit corporation formed by the Geneva Housing Authority. Lake Area Development Corporation is a single entity not-for-profit corporation that owns and manages the Seneca Apartments. Through this corporation, the Geneva Housing Authority is able to continue providing affordable housing and related community services and facilities specifically designed to meet the needs and requirements of low-income families and individuals, and to ensure that the Seneca remains a housing community that fits this need.

Quail Summit, Inc. is a sole-asset, Not-For-Profit Corporation formed by the Geneva Housing Authority to assist in fulfilling its obligation to establish and maintain suitable housing and related community services and facilities in the Western part of Ontario County. The Housing Authority will finance this development by issuing $16 million in tax-exempt bonds. This is another means of expanding the Geneva Housing Authority's mission of providing alternative housing with aging in place in mind.
Quail Summit Community
The Quail Summit Co mmunity in the Town of Canandaigua, NY, is an Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Community uniquely designed to serve the varying needs of independent, frail, elderly and memory-impaired senior adults. This community will be residential in atmosphere, design, and ambiance. It will be comprised of 58 assisted care independent units for occupants desiring a moderate amount of assisted care, 28 assisted care enriched living units for individuals requiring more continuous care, including complete meal preparation and minimal medical and/or nursing services, and 22 units dedicated to Alzheimer patients in the early stages of the disease. Services vary for the three different unit levels, but all residents will receive a minimum of one meal a day with an option to purchase additional meals, and continuous protective oversight.
