Located in a residential neighborhood near the Lakefront and downtown shopping. The Elmcrest is a modern apartment complex that provides 90 units ranging from "efficiency" to two-bedroom apartments.

Geneva Courtyard Apartments

Newly renovated, family friendly housing complex

The Courtyard Apartments provide 100 units with 2-5 bedrooms and 24 units for senior citizens with 1 bedroom.

 

Rental Assistance for the City of Geneva and all of Ontario County

Through our Section 8 Existing and Voucher Programs you can receive subsidized rental in your existing apartment or one that you would like to move to. This program is for low to moderate income families, elderly, disabled or handicapped residents.

 

Resident Services

In keeping with our mission, a wide variety of services are offered to GHA residents including case management, employment assistance, training, computer learning, and programs for our elderly population.

 

Scattered Homes

We own and operate 38 home units located at 33 property sites scattered throughout the City of Geneva.

 

Seneca Apartments

Located at the front of Seneca Street with a beautiful lake view.

The Seneca has 51 one-bedroom apartments for rent to low to moderate income senior citizens, disabled or handicapped residents.

 

Lyceum Heights Apartments

Lyceum Heights is a modern apartment development for independent seniors age 62 and older. There are 64 one and two bedroom apartments in a pair of two-story buildings, both with an elevator.
